SPENCER – Drones can have many uses, including acting as a valuable tool for law enforcement! Learn how these high-flying gadgets are being used by the Marathon County Sheriff’s Department with a special presentation on June 22 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Spencer Branch, 105 S. Park St., Spencer.
Sheriff’s department staff will show how their drone works during an outdoors demonstration and explain some of the ways in which they use this new technology to aid them in searching for missing person and other uses.
