Yo-Yo Blast with Dazzling Dave (MCPL Athens)
National Yo-Yo Master Dazzling Dave will awe audiences with his mix of whirling yo-yo tricks on July 10 from 10-11 a.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Athens Branch, 221 Caroline St., Athens! Dave will weave a mix of life lessons into his performance, stressing the fun and hard work that goes into learning a skill such as yo-yo, and will offer yo-yo tips and tricks after the show. Creative Computing for Everyone (MCPL Wausau)
Tweens and teens in grades 4-12 can learn how to use Scratch programming to make a variety of games, stories and animations on July 10 from 2-3:30 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N.
