Special Childrens’ Summer Sunday School Program
Children who just finished Kindergarten through 5th grade will have a new Summer Sunday School Program that involves music, Bible lessons, games on the Awana Circle (or outside) and crafts.
Starting June 4th, all children in this age group should start the Sunday School hour (9:00am) in the main Worship Center (the gym). They will then have a short time of singing followed by an age appropriate Bible lesson. The kids will then head upstairs for a time of games on the Awana Game Circle or work on a craft. There will be more parts to this such as a Bible verse memory challenge and opportunities for the older kids to be student leaders for the younger kids at game time or other segments.
We hope you make Sunday School a priority this summer, and that this summer program will be engaging and rewarding for your children.
Chris Menard, Elder of Children’s Ministries, will be leading this summer program. Please contact him for additional information, or if you are willing to serve as a volunteer once per month as we invest in our children and their families.
