Wisconsin Estate Solutions, LLC, is a new auction service in Schofield owned and operated by Wisconsin Registered Auctioneer 2948, Robert Petts. The service focuses on selling real estate, personal property, automobiles and heavy equipment at live and online auction. They also conduct benefit auctions and estate sales.
“We want to help people make the right decisions on how to sell their items when they are looking to liquidate assets,” said Petts. “We offer a free consultation for those who are looking to downsize or transition to the next phase of their lives. We help them make the best and most informed decisions on how to proceed.”
If you schedule a consultation with Wisconsin Estate Solutions, one of their professional consultants will help you assess the property you wish to liquidate and describe the various options for doing so. In addition to selling at auction, they can help you arrange for personal property appraisals or estate sales, if those services best meet your needs. Their professional experience will help you develop the best plan for your unique situation.
“We encourage people to have family members or their attorney present at the free consultation so everyone is on the same page,” Petts said. “We want everyone involved to feel confident that the process has been well thought out and will go smoothly.”
Petts is a 2016 graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering of Mason City, Iowa, and is an active member of the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association.
For more information about the company and its services go to www.wisconsinestatesolutions.com or call Petts at 715-574-2645. The website also features their current online auctions where you can register and bid on items from your home or office.
