Learn tips and tricks to cook for one or two
WAUSAU, Wis. — Cooking healthy, exciting meals for one or two people can be a challenge and Aspirus wants to help. Aspirus Healthy Aging presents, “Cooking for One or Two,” on Friday, May 12, from 10 – 11:30 a.m. at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in the birthing center classroom.
During this event you’ll learn some tips and tricks for preparing small-batch recipes. Easy-to-prepare recipes for two will be provided. Clinical Dietitian Brianna Wolfe from Aspirus Wausau Hospital will lead the cooking class.
