As we get older it is natural to wonder how our brain functioning may be affected by the aging process and what positive steps we can take. Learn what normal memory loss is and what is abnormal. Gain a better understanding of dementia, the risk factors and myths surrounding it. You will also learn about good health practices that contribute to your overall brain health. This is part of the Retirement Well-Being series presented by United Way RSVP, a 55+ volunteer service providing personalized placement and support to persons interested in volunteering.
