Preserve your documents, photos digitally at MCPL Wausau event
Are you looking to preserve that newspaper article from Grandpa’s football days, or those albums full of photos taking up shelf space? Bring those precious memories into the 21st century with a special event on Feb. 18 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Marathon County Public Library’s Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
The library will have a handful of scanners available and will assist patrons in digitizing old photographs, newspaper articles, family records and other documents. Attendees are asked to bring their own USB drives or blank discs on which to save their digital files.
