MCPL to host intro to card making at Wausau Headquarters
Anyone can buy a greeting card, but why not give a card to a friend or loved one that has a personal touch? The Marathon County Public Library will offer an intro to cardmaking on Feb. 1 from 1:30 – 3 p.m. and again from 6:30- 8 p.m. at their Wausau Headquarters, 300 N. First St., Wausau.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of cardmaking, with enough time allotted to make one card. The focus of this event will be Valentine’s Day, though attendees will learn techniques to use when making cards for any occasion. Free and open to adults, with all supplies provided.
