Tweens in the Wausau area are invited to discuss a popular book and stick around for some fun competitive challenges during the Marathon County Public Library’s Chat & Challenge Book Club! Tweens will discuss the book “El Deafo” by Cece Bell. In this semi-autobiographical graphic novel, an anthropomorphized rabbit version of Cece Bell, known as Cece, struggles to balance her childhood with her deafness. After the book talk, tweens can compete against one another in some fun “Minute to Win It”-style challenges! Read the book and join us for this fun and interactive afternoon!
