Compass Properties to host Holiday Open House
Compass Properties and the Noels will host a Holiday Open House at the City Square Office Center in downtown Wausau on Thursday, December 15 from 5-7:30 p.m. City Square Office Center is located at 500 N. Third St.
The event is a celebration of the 40th anniversary of the iconic downtown facility (formerly known as the First American Center and M&I Bank Building) and will feature entertainment by the Central Wisconsin Jazz Ensemble, along with complimentary food, wine and refreshments.
Compass Properties manages properties in Milwaukee, Madison, Oshkosh and Stevens Point. Founded in 1999, the business was established as part of the Noel Group and now is responsible for roughly 1.5 million square feet of commercial, retail and residential space.
