Holiday Community Coffee Hour at the Marathon County Historical Society. Persons of all ages are invited to join RSVP on Tuesday, Dec.6 from 9:30-10:30am (at 410 McIndoe St. Wausau) for a tour of the Historical Society and Yawkey House, and learn how they preserve history, educate the community & engage volunteers! Give A Gift of Personal Care Items. Faith in Action has personal care items for senior citizens in Marathon County that will be wrapped at an event on December 10th and delivered then or the week after. Contact Kelly at 715-848-8783 or [email protected]
Hospice Patient Visitors. Ministry Home Care Hospice in the Greater Wausau area invites you to read to, talk with, or do an activity with a hospice patient. Laptops, Tablets and Cellphones. Electronic devices you no longer need may meet the need of someone being served by The Women’s Community. Items that are in good working condition are always accepted. Contact Kimberly at 715-842-5663 or [email protected]
Vintage Movie Screen. Do you have an old stand-up movie screen you want to get rid of? Donate it to the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Community Services. Contact Linda at [email protected]
Breakfast and Lunch Items. The Wausau Warming Center helps provide breakfast snacks and a brown bag lunch for those who head off to jobs in the morning if they have the supplies.
